PAHAL wants this site to be usable by everyone, and this statement says exactly what has been done rather than claiming a level of compliance that has not been independently verified.
What has been done
The site is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Colour contrast has been measured against rendered pages rather than estimated. The site uses semantic landmarks and headings, a skip link, visible focus indicators, and labelled form fields with errors announced to assistive technology. The navigation is fully operable by keyboard, and works with JavaScript disabled. Motion respects the reduced-motion preference. The layout reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
What has not been done
No independent accessibility audit has been carried out, and the site has not yet been tested by disabled users or driven end to end with a screen reader. Until that happens, PAHAL does not claim conformance.
Telling us about a problem
